i can't get photos to upload

i have tried to uploads some photos a few times but every time it says upload failed and i don't know why I have photos uploaded on facebook etc and no probs but don't know what i doing wrong here. I not very good with computers so if anyone has some advice on what i doing wrong please help me

Mine do that too sometimes. I resize them. Open the photo you want to upload, then "open" using "paint" it will open another page with the photo, then under "image" chose "resize/skew" then change the horizontal and vertical %'s, then chose "save as" under the "file" tab. Name your photo and upload that version. Good luck. Hope this helps.. :)
