So Leah has been on this thickened liquids thing for awhile since her swallow study. Things were going good for awhile. Now, I am starting to notice that her urine is really yellow and kinda strong smelling...other than that no sign of a UTI! Trust me she's had one I know what to look for. I am kinda wondering if she isn't getting enough water mixed in with her formula for a 4oz bottle she gets 2 packed scoops of formula plus like 2-3 teaspoons of rice cereal to thicken her bubba, now that does not leave much room for water after you add all that stuff in. I am wondering if I should cut back a scoop on the formula or what to do?
