I wanna know something. If doctors and scientists have figured out how to make almost anything and everything in the body or on the body fake, including the heart which is like the most important organ in the body, then how come they can't make things like tendons and nerves and muscles fake?

well doesn't this come into the stem cell treatment category. They are well on the way to being able to treating people with nerve problems with stem cell treatment, but its not allowed to be done in some countries because its not 100% that it will work for everyone.

They are still a LOOOOOOOOOONG way from making most "fake" parts and organs. So far the only really artificial parts available are passive parts such as bones and ligaments which can be replaced with metals, ceramics, carbon fibre, etc. The heart is simply a pump - its not very complex - even so the pumps available now are temporary "boosters" only.
So in short - you are somewhat overoptomistic and misinformed about the current state of medical prosthetic technology - sorry.
