Manuka Honey Fights Bacteria

I am always interested in natural remedies so this page in this months National Geographic caught my eye. It discusses how doctors are using honey from manuka tree's in New Zealand as antiseptic. After our recent staph infection and the increase of C's resistance to antibiotics, I think that stuff like this is very interesting.
