So we switched ins as of Jan 1st and so far its SO MUCH BETTER THAT stupid KAISER!!!!!! We got appts easily, spoke with PEOPLE not automated thingys and prescriptions are less then half of what they were, got one for $3.98 today!!!! Im stoked if you cant tell!! Anyway i was wondering, Hannah has been taking ditropan since 4months old and lately she has been having more issues with constipation and really dry mouth (lips are cracking) and yes she drinks plenty of fluids and yes that includes water! Anyhow they suggested we give her the meds thru the cath istead of orally. I have read abou tthis and have actually thought it was a good idea but then there was Kaiser the roadblock!!!! Do any of you do it this way...i started it tonight and it went fine...im hoping for less sie effects. Let me know what you think. Oh and she taking half a pill dissolved in distilled water (thru the catheter) 2x a day.

Congratulations! There is nothing like good insurance. Mine just changed, too, but not by my choice. The state revamped our employee insurance. We have the same coverage, but now have deductibles and co-insurance as well as higher co-pays, so everything will be more expensive. However, it is still probably on the less expensive end, and my premium only went up $15/month, so I can't complain. They are also making us do this "partnership" program where we have to fill out a questionnaire & have a doctor fill out a form, and then a "health coach" will call and tell you that you have to lose weight, stop smoking, etc. We'll see how that goes!
