The Centers for Disease Control in the US has a whole section on SB that is really good (I posted a link in another thread to an interactive "life transitions" program that they have).

Notice, in particular, the boy who has been catheterizing himself since he was 3! He started preschool at 4 and was in charge of his own catheterization regime from day 1. Wow.
