Totally cool sports event tomorrow

Going with the National Sports Center for the Disabled (http://www.nscd.org/) tomorrow to do some summer sports. We are doing the chair lift, alpine slide, bungee jumping, gyro ball, mini golf and rock climbing. I can't wait to see how some of this is done! Will post pictures tomorrow in my album! :26aa:

It was sooo much fun. C was able to ride the huge chairlift to 11,000 ft and did the alpine slide 3 times. I had a major wipeout/crash on the slide so my day was a little dented but the kids had such a blast. I am going to post the picture of him on the alpine slide in my album now. It was so worth the drive, my wipeout and everything else for him to realize that being in a chair does NOT mean he can't do some pretty cool stuff. They got him in the ski's so that he knew what it would be like this winter as well. I have to find those and post for some of you who have not seen sit ski's ( I know I hadn't). He goes white water rafting next week :) For those of you near CO, USA you HAVE to check out this program, link below.

Ive seen the photo of him on the slide and it looks alot of fun. Im glad he enjoyed himself and it sounds like you did as well/
