Decided this morning to accompany the dog walker this morning, on my lightweight manual chair, and we had a walk up the nearby alley and back. I really struggled to keep up with her. Clearly my strength and stamina are going to take time to return.

Saw a new physio this morning, for what I thought was going to be ongoing input, but he basically came to see what I still needed to do work on, and then gave me advise on what to do. He explained that he is transferring me onto another physiotherapist as he is specialised to worked with people from the time slings come off to when the arm is mobile. He says the arm is now at the point where the tendon is strong enough to do most things, and I now just need to regain the strength in my arm, by continuing to work the tendon, and increase the muscle strength.

    I am ...
