Life has been going on smoothly lately, with nothing to really record, but this past couple of days, I've been starting to get twinges of pain in my arm again. Had another setback two days ago. Work up with pain in middle of back when I move. I think I had been laying twisted the previus night and this had rendered my back quite uncomfortable. Doesn't look like I am going to be able to spend much time doing any beneficial exercise until back eases.

Can't remember wexactly what I did, but I put my arm on something in a posiition that is was not at all happy with, and I really thought something was going to pop. Life in a powered wheelchair is becoming a real reality!!
